This cosy 3-room apartment is located in a prime location in the popular village of Königsleiten. It is beautifully furnished and has ample space to accommodate up to seven people comfortably. What's more, it offers stunning views of the village and the beautiful peaks beyond. On the living floor, you'll find a lovely sitting area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook in comfort, as well as a designated dining space. You can also enjoy easy access to the balcony from here. The staircase in the living room connects to the upper floor, which houses two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and two single beds, while the second bedroom has a double bed and single sofa bed. When you're in the mood to venture out and explore the town, you'll find plenty to keep you entertained locally, with a great selection of restaurants serving up delicious Austrian cuisine.

Neighbourhood information

In summer you can enjoy a hearty breakfast on the sunny terrace to start the day in style. Then you can head out and explore this majestic mountain landscape. It's the perfect environment for both relaxation and adventure, with plenty of hiking trails and biking routes to choose from. You can also catch a ride on the Dorfbahn lift to get higher up the mountain so you can enjoy a walk through the Alpine meadows. Little ones will also love this part of Austria, with plenty to keep them occupied. Take them to the Sparrebos Castle where they can play and clamber for hours at a time. The Durlaβboden Reservoir is also nearby, offering a superb spot for a bit of swimming, surfing, sailing and rowing.
