Spacious House in a Quiet Location Near Lake Neusiedl Our charming house was built in 1990 and is located on a particularly quiet residential street, just a few minutes from Lake Neusiedl. With approximately 150 m² of living space, it offers generous room for relaxing holidays. The heart of the home is the bright living room with direct access to the approx. 40 m² covered terrace. This terrace can be fully enclosed if needed, turning it into a cozy winter garden – perfect in any weather. The house features four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one on the ground floor next to the master bedroom, the other upstairs), and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of dishes and utensils. The living room includes a large satellite TV, and of course, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. For added comfort, there are two air conditioning units – one on each floor. The completely private and secluded garden is ideal for relaxation and includes an 8 x 4 meter swimming pool, which is shared with guests from a second apartment on the property.

Plenty to See and Do Nearby There’s a lot to explore in the area: great restaurants and cozy cafés, riding stables, kite and windsurfing schools, boat rentals, and shops for water sports gear. Kids will love the nearby playgrounds and ice cream parlor. In the evenings, enjoy a relaxed drink at a local bar or check out the nearby nightclub. Wine lovers can visit local vineyards and traditional wine taverns (Heurigen) for tastings and regional treats.
