The cottage invites after the sporting activities, through a homely and cozy country house atmosphere to linger in front of the tiled stove in the living room or to relax the body with a soothing sauna and a massage on the massage chair. The living room is equipped with a tiled stove, a sitting area, a couch area and a massage chair. Thus, the living room provides an opportunity for cozy hours with loved ones and friends. Next door is the cozy kitchen with a connection to the tiled stove of the living room, thus the cozy warmth of the tiled stove can also be enjoyed in the kitchen. The bedrooms are each for 2 people, one of which is equipped with its own couch area. Connected to the bedrooms is the bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Access to the balcony is through one of the two bedrooms. In the basement there is the third bedroom for 4 persons consisting of a double bed for 2 persons and a bunk bed for 2 children. In addition, the bedroom has a TV.

Our cozy and comfortable vacation home is located at 1200m above sea level and is situated in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps in about 100m distance to the middle station of the Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen and is therefore directly connected to the 170 kilometers of slopes of the Skiwelt Kitzbüheler Alpen. If there is enough snow, it is possible to ski down from the slopes right to the front door of the vacation home (ski in - ski out). The nearest towns are Mittersill (approx. 5km) and Kitzbühel (approx. 20km). Due to the location on the Salzburg side of the Kitzbühel Alps, our vacation home offers a breathtaking panorama of the fascinating mountain world of the "Hohe Tauern" National Park.
