Our house is in a quiet location on Westendorf’s sunny plateau, surrounded by the Kitzbühel Alps. The village centre and the Alpenrosenbahn gondola station are both just a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus stops within very close proximity and takes you directly to the gondola station thus providing access to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. Behind the house you can find the cross-country ski trails. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Choralpe and begin your hikes, cycle tours, walks and lots more from the front door. If you like swimming or golfing, the open-air swimming pools and the Kitzbüheler Alpen Golf Course are both 100m away! The ski lift of Westendorf, which is part of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental, can be reached within 10 minutes either by foot or by bus. There is a cross-country trail that runs right behind the house which offers the perfect opportunity to discover the snowy landscape of Westendorf and the surrounding towns by ski or by foot. In summer, there are still plenty of great activities you can do. There’s an enormous number of cycling and hiking trails in close proximity where you can discover the Tyrolian mountains. The golf club of Westendorf, which opened only a couple of years ago in 2014, is only 300m away and can even be seen from the property. The beautiful 18-hole course and driving range offer perfect conditions to pursue your passion. After a day well spent, you can end the evening in one of the restaurants, bars or cafes in the center of Westendorf, or comfortably on your private terrace at home.
