From the beginning of April to the end of October, guests are provided with a Kärnten Card for the duration of their stay. The price of 5 euros per person per day must be paid on the spot in the house. The Kärnten Card offers over 100 excursion destinations such as mountain railways, animal parks, boat trips, museums and much more in Carinthia every day. The cleaning fee of a flat rate of 60 euros must be paid on site for apartments (not in double rooms).

Away from the hiking trails and in the village of Bad Kleinkirchheim there are numerous huts, inns, restaurants, pizzerias, pastry shops and more (boutiques, groceries, sports, etc.). The new Kaiserburg bobsleigh - Carinthia's most modern roller bobsleigh run - has been available at the Kaiserburg valley station since 2020. There is also an active park at the mountain station of the Brunnachbahn.
