Welcome to our cozy holiday home with stunning views of the Kremsmauer – a perfect retreat for nature lovers, couples, families, and guests traveling with dogs. Situated at an altitude of 800 meters, the house offers a direct view of the venerable Altpernstein Robber Knight Castle. From the terrace, a picturesque view of the Kremsmauer unfolds, enhancing the local panorama. A parking space is located right at the door. The surrounding ski resorts and recreational areas are easily accessible by car. The living area of the house is approximately 70 square meters. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance, a hallway, a WC, and a cozy living kitchen with a pellet stove. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where the bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and WC are located.

The outdoor area offers seating both at the entrance and on the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the surroundings. Pets, especially dogs, are warmly welcome. The forest is only about 30 meters away, providing the perfect setting for relaxing walks and extended hikes in untouched nature. The Molln National Park is just a short 15-minute drive away. Additionally, the towns of Micheldorf and Kirchdorf attract visitors with a wide range of activities and sights.
