I’m Nynke, the founder of Nynke’s AlpenNest. For me, this house is not just a holiday rental, but a home in the mountains – a place where adventure, nature and genuine hospitality come together. A place where groups can share special days without it having to be unaffordable luxury.
Hospitality, to me, means creating a space with heart and joy where everyone feels welcome – whether family or friends. I look forward to welcoming you to the AlpenNest.

Nynke’s AlpenNest – your flexible holiday home in the Pitztal
Welcome to Nynke’s AlpenNest, my lovingly designed holiday home in the Tyrolean Pitztal valley.
It’s a place where families and groups of friends of up to ten people can truly feel at home – with plenty of space, flexible room arrangements, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The house offers five individually decorated rooms, four of which have a balcony with panoramic views.
Each room can be set up with either a double bed or two single beds, and a baby bed can be provided upon request. Every room also features its own washbasin for a touch of extra privacy.
At the heart of the house is a spacious kitchen-living area, fully equipped with an American-style fridge, a large oven, and a five-burner stove. The dining table seats up to ten guests, and the cosy corner with a wood-burning stove invites you to warm up and unwind after an active day.
To make mornings easier, the ground floor has a shower area with three cabins and two washbasins.
Two toilets are located in a separate room on the lower floor next to the kitchen area, and another toilet can be found upstairs near the bedrooms. For longer stays, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer function is available upon request.
Behind the house, you’ll find a large garden – the perfect spot to relax, play, or spend time together, whether in sunshine or covered in snow. Children can run around, friends can fire up the barbecue, or you can simply enjoy the crisp mountain air.
The house is located in the village of Arzl, offering peace and quiet while still being close to the mountains. The Hochzeiger ski and hiking area is just a short drive or bus ride away, and the Pitztal Glacier, Tyrol’s highest glacier, is only about 30 minutes by car. Here, nature and adventure are right at your doorstep – and at the end of the day, you can return to your cosy “nest”.
