We love living here in the newly built Panorama Residence building within easy walking distance of Scheffau Gondola in the middle of Austria's biggest interconnected ski resort (90 all-modern lifts & gondolas) and enjoy the great views of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range from our balcony.

The long-awaited construction of the almost 500m long tunnel for the B178 federal road in Scheffau has begun. In about two years, through traffic will disappear completely in the new tunnel. Unfortunately, nuisance from the construction site cannot be avoided. On weekdays it is with a certain Construction noise to be expected.
