In the winter, we recommend leaving your ski equipment at the depots located at the lifts and taking a leisurely ride with the free ski bus, just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Skiers will love the proximity to the Pengelsteinbahn (2,100 meters), Maierlbahn (2,000 meters), and Gaisbergbahn (950 meters), along with an exciting toboggan run accessible via these lifts. The entrance to the KitzSki ski area is right on your doorstep! You are minutes away from the famous Hahnenkamm and Kitzbuhler Horn ski lifts. For an additional skiing adventure, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser ski region is easily accessible via the Ki-West gondola (2,500 meters).

You are situated on the top floor (2nd floor) of a building with beautiful panoramic views. Walking distance to the ski bus as well as the town center. Even though you are located near the center the property is very quiet. No car needed as the ski bus which takes you directly to the ski lifts is a few minutes walk away. Walk into town in less than 5 minutes where all shops, bars, and restaurants are located.
