The apartment is located in a newly built (2019) building with the highest standards.
This loft-like one-room apartment with large terrace is ideal for short-term rentals but also for long-term rentals for those who want to enjoy Vienna in a luxurious, modern apartment. The apartment is stylishly furnished, has all the latest security measures (carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector etc.) and is fully furnished for a more than comfortable stay :)
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and there is a couch in the living room. In addition, there is an additional "room" in the living room below the ceiling with a double bed. A washing machine is available.
However, pets are welcome and can be accommodated for a small fee.
