In the exclusive and spacious Salzburg Loft 210sqm are at your unique disposal. From the baroque old town of Salzburg and its attractions only 10 min away in the middle of the beautiful countryside, with the fortress Hohen Salzburg in the back and a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains of Salzburg. 3 bedrooms, 1 extra room with bunk bed, 1 lounge with double bed, 3 bathrooms, living-dining lounge with full kitchen and office. Arrive, enjoy and experience Salzburg with family and friends - we look forward to welcome you to the Salzburg Loft! The spacious comfortable lounge and dining area with 66sqm upstairs offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table with benches, a cozy large corner couch and the direct exit to the roof terrace with stunning views of the Untersberg. There is an open air parking lot directly at the house and more free on the public road. The Salzburg Loft has a pleasant underfloor heating and a modern floor+roof cooling = air conditioning. Furthermore, fully automatic exterior blinds on the large windows, which can be adjusted individually.

We look forward to welcome you!The motorway exit "Salzburg Süd" is the closest connection to the motorway A10. A free parking space is available directly at the house, others on the public road. The bus stop "Höglwörthweg" of the public bus line 5 is located at the intersection to Berchtesgadener road only about 300m from the house (it leads directly to the city center in the direction of the main station and back out of the city in the direction of Birkensiedlung). Right next to the bus stop is a well-stocked shop.
