Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Gemütliche kleine Wohnung in Graz- Studio Gospel! Genug 29 m² im Erdgeschoss. Ideal für 1. oder 2. Personen. In 5 min zu Fuß zum Augartenpark, Augartenbad, Billa und gleich zur Straßenbahn Linie 5 und Bushaltestellen 34, 34e, N5 und N8. In 10 min zu Fuß zum Jakominiplatz und zur Messe Graz. In 15 min zu Fuß zum Ostbahnhof

Graz, Steiermark, Austria Der 6. Bezirk Jakomini ist ein Grazer Wohnbezirk, sehr zentral gelegen. Die Infrastruktur ist sehr gut. Es befindet sich alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parken in der Grünen Zone in 5 min zu Fuß; kosten EUR 11,- proTag; Samstag, Sonntag und Feiertagen- kostenlos. Vor dem Haus ist auch viele Parkplätze, aber weil es ist blaue Zone, maximal Parkdauer 3 Stunden, EUR 2,60 pro Stunde. Ich kann dir auch bei Bedarf kostenlos Plätze zeigen (10 min zu Fuß). Graz ist Fahrradhauptstadt Österreichs. When du ein Fahrrad brauchst- miete ich dir gerne meins. Straßenbahn Linie 5 und Bus Linie 34 sind in 5 min zu Fuß.
