We rent "The.Apartment" as part of private room rental. Depending on the season, our apartment can be booked for 5-7 nights. For 4 nights or less please contact us directly for a quote. For 1-2 nights, the 3-night price is always charged. Information about the apartment and the surrounding area:

"The.Apartment" is located in southern Bad Hofgastein. The apartment is on the top floor and attic of our family home. A separate external staircase leads to the anteroom on the upper floor and then an internal staircase to the attic. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, stove and oven. The bathroom has a large, floor-level shower. In total, the apartment has 8 windows, including 3 roof windows and a balcony door. All windows have electric shutters. The balcony is approx. 4m² including a table, chairs and a parasol. One of the numerous cable TV channels can be watched from the couch or the bed on the pivoting 40-inch flat screen TV. The double bed is 1.80m x 2.00m. Sheets, pillows and duvets are provided, as are towels in the bathroom. A parking space directly at the house is included. The apartment is designed for 2 people, the possibility of up to 2 children (on a sofa bed in the same room) would be possible at an additional cost. It is also possible to bring a dog (for an extra charge). This must be requested shortly after booking. If you arrive with a dog without prior notification, access to the apartment will be denied.

The view from the balcony is towards the south (Graukogel, 2,492m). The 2 kitchen windows (east) allow a view of Europe's highest grass mountain, the Gamskarkogel (2,467m) and through the skylights (west) and the balcony you can admire the Stubnerkogel (2,246m) and the ÖBB Angertalbrücke. The Alpentherme Bad Hofgastein is about 3km away and the Felsentherme Bad Gastein about 5km away. By car it is about 3 minutes to the valley station of the new Schlossalmbahn in Bad Hofgastein or 10 minutes to the Stubnerkogelbahn in Bad Gastein. Regular bus connections (3 lines) are within a 5-minute walk. Guests who make a booking from January 4th, 2023 can use the Alpentherme in Bad Hofgastein daily free of charge. The guest only pays a deposit for the data carrier (at the Alpentherme cash desk), which is refunded on the last day of use.
