    The boat arrives in Nelly Bay and the keys were available to pick up 100m away. The apartment is then a 5 minute walk. The apartment itself is very well equipped and has a nice balcony where you can watch the rock wallabies and all the harbour...

Property information

Located at One Bright Point Magnetic Island right next to the Magnetic Island harbour and marina precinct at Nelly Bay, this spacious three bedroom waterfront apartment has been architecturally designed to capture a beach house style with a contemporary twist with sliding door panels, louvered walls and breezeways to self ventilate all year round, while still maintaining privacy and security. The use of glass is a major feature and compliments the dining area by bringing in a magnificent view of the Coral Sea and picturesque Townsville. The master bedroom has a Spa Bath within the room with water views. The floor to ceiling windows are treated to prevent outsiders looking in so that you can relax in complete privacy whilst still enjoying the wonderful views. The ensuite with his and her basins has a double shower with views over the water looking through the bedroom. The second bedroom is complete with a Queen size bed, and the third bedroom has your choice of either 2 x Single beds, or 1 x King bed - just let us know when making your booking. These rooms share the main bathroom which is also equipped with laundry facilities. There is stair access only to this apartment.
