**As The Host - Harris Holiday Rentals Payment Schedule Overrides the Booking dot com Payment Schedule** PAYMENT TERMS: In order to secure a booking, 50% of the total booking value is to be paid at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your stay. If a booking is not paid in full. 14 days prior to Check-In the booking will not be held. If your booking is made within 14 days of your Check In date, then the total is due upon confirmation. All payments are processed securely via credit card transaction using Stripe online payment gateway. Once the guest credit card payment details are received, payments will be automatically charged as per the afore-mentioned timing. SECURITY BOND: In addition to the booking total, a credit card authorization hold will be held against the guest's credit card as a security bond. The bond hold will be implemented 1 day before Check In and automatically released after 7 days, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. If a booking is longer than 7 days duration, the authorisation hold will be released after the checkout date, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. The amount of the bond is between six hundred dollars and eight hundred dollars depending on the booked property. If we are unable to process an authorisation hold on the guest credit card, we cannot give out the keys on check in. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will be refunded the full amount paid minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. Guest cancellations between 14-30 days before booking commencement will be refunded 50% of the total booking minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. If a guest cancels within 14 days, there is no refund. If the guest decides to leave early after check-in. the nights not spent are not refunded.

Beautifully renovated two bedroom apartment in Encounter Bay. The finishes throughout the home are just magnificent – tastefully chosen and beautifully executed. The kitchen has sea views, Caesar stone bench tops and induction cook top, pyrolytic self-cleaning oven and single drawer dishwasher, coffee machine and walk in pantry. A second wc is found next to the laundry.
Upstairs is the master (Queen Bed) and second bedroom (Double Bed) with ocean views the larger master bedroom has gorgeous rural hills views. Both bedrooms have built in robes – the master with ceiling fan and reverse cycle split air conditioner.
Designer bathroom with huge walk in shower and timber vanity with stone bench top. The wc is separate to the bathroom.
Other features include, split unit air reverse cycle split downstairs, designated car park for the apartment. Linen and towels are also provided.
Please note that garage is not available for guest use however there is a carpark space at the complex.
Then there’s the amazing location – beautiful sea and island views with gorgeous ocean beach walks along Franklin Parade or cycle along the Encounter Bikeway. The coffee and morning paper are a short walk away at the Yilki General Store and you can eat and have a drink at the nearby Beach House Café. Eat at Whalers restaurant is at the end of Franklin Parade at The Bluff, where you will also find the popular boat ramp.
This is a stunning and wonderful holiday escape.
