This quality residence at 18 Witta Circle is nestled within Noosa Sound. It is one of Noosa’s most prestigious enclaves and only a short stroll to Hastings Street and Noosa’s Main Beach. 18 Witta Circle sleeps up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 2 levels. The house offers space and comfort. It is perfect for large or extended families or small groups of friends looking for their luxury getaway place. Upstairs you will find the master suite with King bed and a second bedroom with twin Singles. These rooms share a bathroom and a cozy lounge area. It is ideal for a family to share if more than one family are staying in the house. Downstairs there are 3 further bedrooms. Bedroom 3 features a King and ensuite. Bedroom 4 features a Queen bed, while bedroom 5 has 2 x Singles. These two rooms share a bathroom. Also on the ground floor, you’ll find a large open plan and fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining area. There are an 8-seater dining table and separate media (with Austar)/lounge room. For winter coziness the fireplace offers warmth on those cooler nights. The living area flows seamlessly out onto the outdoor living area. There are a generously sized pool and outdoor table setting to seat 8. Witta Circle is a residential island situated just behind Hastings Street and is connected by bridge to Noosa Parade, a tree-lined avenue that stretches along the river to the centre of Noosa. Homes here attract record prices due to their fantastic waterfront outlooks and close proximity to Hastings Street and Main Beach. A few celebrities call Witta Circle home. This is a great house and location from which to enjoy everything that Noosa has to offer. Please note that the fireplace is not for guest use.
