Respect Other Residents:
Please do not ask residents for assistance or knock on their doors. If you need assistance, your host is just a message away.
Noise Policy – Strictly No Parties:
No noise is permitted between 10 PM and 9 AM and noise consideration must be used at all other times. Parties / events / loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. If you are visiting Newcastle to party, please cancel your reservation. A hotel may be more suitable.
Breaking this policy will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Check-In:
Simple self check-in instructions will be sent one day before arrival. You won’t need to collect keys from another location. Late check-in is not available.
Check-Out:
Please return the kitchen and appliances clean as found and the apartment in a tidy, respectful condition, removing all rubbish. For best hygiene, please do not hand-wash dishes. Note: The accommodation does not charge a standard cleaning fee. Your bond will be held as a cleaning fee if check-out instructions are not followed.
During Your Stay:
No pets. No smoking (including balconies). Common areas (terraces, BBQs) are for residents only. Only park in the allocated space—never encroach on neighbouring spaces. The number of guests must not exceed the number booked. No unlisted guests after 10 PM. Your booking includes gym access, please follow all usage guidelines.
CAUTIONS & CHILDREN
The safety of children, and responsibility for the property and contents, rests entirely with the guest/s who made the booking / completed the bond hold. A high level of care is expected from supervising adults to ensure the property is kept in the condition it was found.
Please note that the property may include items that could be unsuitable for some children or individuals, such as: Electrical outlets & power leads, wall lent mirrors and breakable décor, cleaning chemicals, bug sprays, knives, and cooking utensils, hammocks, high balconies, and outdoor furniture.

Thank you for choosing Harbour Towers, an accommodation brand offering a collection of elite apartment stays across the stunning Stella and Eaton apartment towers on neighbouring streets, Wickham and Bishopsgate. Whether you're here for a short escape or an extended stay, we’re committed to making your visit comfortable, convenient, and memorable.
Each apartment is fully stocked with quality bedding, towels, and essential consumables (enough for approximately 7 days). Like most vacation rentals, and to keep our nightly rates competitive, particularly for longer stays, servicing and consumable replenishment are not included. However, for extended bookings, a mid-week clean can be arranged upon request at cost price.
If you’re booking multiple apartment types, please note that they will be located in separate towers with individual entry points on adjoining streets, Wickham & Bishopsgate.
A few important notes to help you prepare:
- Garage height clearance varies depending on the apartment:
Harbour View Superior Apartments: 2.03 metres
Harbour View Apartments: 2.2 metres
- All apartments have air-conditioning in the living area, though only Harbour View Superior apartments include air-conditioning in each bedroom as well.
- Harbour View apartment includes outdoor dining, while indoor dining is limited to island bench seating. Harbour View Superior apartment has both an indoor and outdoor dining setting.
- Porta-cot available, mattress protector & fitted sheet provided.
A fully refundable bond is held securely through Stripe Payments prior to check-in and released after check-out, provided house rules are followed and the property is left in a tidy, respectful condition, this includes leaving the kitchen and appliances clean as found and ensuring no items are missing or damaged.
