Hi, I am Jenny! Myself and my young family made the Byron shire our home in January 2020, after emigrating from the UK and we LOVE it. I set up Ocean Vibes Property Management 12 months ago and manage an array of places in the Northern Rivers for my lovely owners. Living locally means I can be a 'hands-on' host if needed and can offer lots of great tips for exploring the local area. We love to travel and love the great outdoors, especially the Ocean. Our love for the sea has taken us all over the world as Scuba diving Instructors and we are so blessed to have had those experiences. I love to go for long runs, do Yoga with my friends and am currently learning to surf along with my 3 children! I have over 5 years of experience in property management and hosting, and just recently set up my own hosting business in the area - Ocean Vibes Property Management. My Partner is the local handyman and plumber and so he is on hand if any issues arise during your stay. Our garden is the beach! Beautifully designed & spacious beach house, situated in the Idyllic village of New Brighton, just a short drive North of Byron. It truly is an outstanding location to relax, unwind and have an amazing family or group holiday. Surrounded by a lush, tropical garden, & only 20 steps to a pristine surf beach, watch the sunrise & Whales play from your own private viewing area. Fall asleep to the sound of the Ocean and wake to the song of birds. 2 min walk to Cafe, & shop. Small pets/dogs possible - but please message before booking. Our stunning beach retreat has a fantastic, spacious, open plan living area on the upper floor. Brand new comfy lounge sofas allow you to relax whilst watching the huge wall mounted Smart TV. A fully equipped Gourmet kitchen with bean to cup coffee machine, means you can cook up a storm for all the family! Plenty of space for dining inside or out, whatever the weather. Full glass sliding doors open out on to the the expansive undercover deck area, surrounded by lush tropical gardens. From here take 20 steps to the beach, where you can see both ocean and mountains. The beach here is pristine! Relax in style & comfort outside, with a choice of hammock or outdoor sofas. You will find a fantastic Webber BBQ and kitchen with a cooler fridge. An outside shower lets you wash off before heading inside. To the front of the property you will find 3 large Queen bedrooms, all with new comfy mattresses, linen and towels, and built-in storage. The Master bedroom has a an ensuite with a good sized shower & a work space with desk & chair. There is another office space in the 2nd bedroom, equipped with monitor, chair and desk. Large Family bathroom with walk-in shower. Downstairs to the property, with it’s own separate entrance, you will find the entertainment area

Ocean Shores is a hilly area with many vantage points offering lovely sea views. The flatter area of North Ocean Shores, South Golden Beach and New Brighton offer direct beach access. There are two creeks running through Ocean Shores, Marshalls Creek which can be seen from the popular Yum Yum Café and New Brighton Store and Yelgun Creek. The heart of Ocean Shores is the Ocean Shores Country Club that occupies a central location in the town and is a hub for locals and visitors. Festivals in Ocean Shores Ocean Shores Art Expo The Ocean Shores Art Expo is a cultural event that celebrates the artistic talents of the unique and varied local community that make up Ocean Shores. The expo is very popular with over 300 adult and 400 student works on display. Attractions in Ocean Shores Beaches The stretch of beach along New Brighton, South Golden Beach and Ocean Shores North is beautiful and not very crowded. The only beach that is patrolled is South Golden Beach and then only over the Christmas Holiday period between mid December until the end of January. Off-leash dog exercise areas are available at South Golden Beach and New Brighton Beach, check signs for restrictions. Ocean Shores Country Club Perched high on the hill with stunning ocean views to one side and lovely golf course views to the other the Ocean Shores Country Club is at the heart of Ocean Shores. The club offers an 18 hole golf course, bowls, SeaSalt Restaurant, swimming pool, function room, bar facilities, Friday and Sunday raffles, live entertainment, live sports and Kidz Club, courtesy bus and free Wi-Fi.
