**As The Host - Harris Holiday Rentals Payment Schedule Overrides the Booking dot com Payment Schedule** PAYMENT TERMS: In order to secure a booking, 50% of the total booking value is to be paid at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your stay. If a booking is not paid in full. 14 days prior to Check-In the booking will not be held. If your booking is made within 14 days of your Check In date, then the total is due upon confirmation. All payments are processed securely via credit card transaction using Stripe online payment gateway. Once the guest credit card payment details are received, payments will be automatically charged as per the afore-mentioned timing. SECURITY BOND: In addition to the booking total, a credit card authorization hold will be held against the guest's credit card as a security bond. The bond hold will be implemented 1 day before Check In and automatically released after 7 days, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. If a booking is longer than 7 days duration, the authorisation hold will be released after the checkout date, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. The amount of the bond is between six hundred dollars and eight hundred dollars depending on the booked property. If we are unable to process an authorisation hold on the guest credit card, we cannot give out the keys on check in. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will be refunded the full amount paid minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. Guest cancellations between 14-30 days before booking commencement will be refunded 50% of the total booking minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. If a guest cancels within 14 days, there is no refund. If the guest decides to leave early after check-in. the nights not spent are not refunded.

There are many ways to relax and refresh at this lovely two storey holiday home. Boulevard Café is just a short walk for breakfast or a coffee and cake. For the more adventurous a slightly further walk towards the beach will have you at the ocean on Franklin Parade, where there is a bike track and glorious walk along the sandy beach towards Whalers Dining and The Bluff.
Downstairs Stepping inside the front door is a spacious open plan living, dining, family area with a direct view to the water. You’ll enjoy comfortable lounges to watch TV or dining for six. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop and oven, tea, coffee and more. On this level is a third toilet with hand basin, which is by the laundry that includes a washing machine and direct access to the enclosed outdoor area. Ducted air-conditioning throughout the home. The property is completely fenced and there is a large double carport at the rear for parking. Upstairs A central living area with adjacent three bedrooms and a main bathroom. Bedroom one includes a queen bed, built in robe and an ensuite with toilet, shower & vanity. Sit on the balcony overlooking the water and enjoy the idyllic surroundings. Bedroom two has a queen bed and built in robe. Bedroom three has a double bed and built in robe. The main bathroom is lovely and modern and includes a separate powder room, separate, toilet and separate room with bath and shower.
