We have built a Granny Flat in our front yard, it is a studio with self contained kitchen and bathroom. Guests also have access to the pool and spa, which are at the back of our house and is a shared space, however my husband and I ensure, as much as possible that guests have privacy when using these areas.

We decided to rent out our granny flat, because we enjoy staying in BnB's whenever we travel and have always thought we would like to do something like that - we enjoy being hospitable, we love working out ways we can enhance your stay with us, we are open to suggestions, and we try to always be approachable and accommodating. As we are getting older, we don't use the pool and spa as much, so really love it when guests take advantage of it and enjoy the experience.

We live in a lovely part of the world, close to beaches, excellent restaurants, the cinemas and shopping centres - these are all within walking distance of our home. We have amazing neighbours and a very quiet, friendly street. If you would like to go for a ride around the area, we have a couple of push bikes and some really good bike tracks you can explore - a 7 minute ride to the beach will give you access to a bike track that meanders along the coast line, so very picturesque ride
