Refundable damage deposit
A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. That's about US$133. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

The indoor pool and spa are permanently closed, but all outdoor pools and spas throughout the resort remain open. Additionally, there are open toilets behind the main reception and in Casay on the Beach. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
