Although most of our guests do the right thing, the occasional abuse means that we must make you aware of the following:
• Keep noise to a reasonable level at all times and be respectful towards neighbours – remember noise travels therefore no loud music
• For the home owners security, only guests who are booked are allowed access to the property. There is a fee if additional people are evident.
• Strictly no smoking or drugs – please smoke downstairs
• Follow departure Check List when vacating
• Leave the property in a similar state to how you found it
• If keys are lost a fee of five hundred and fifty dollars will be charged
A deduction may be made from bonds if the above is breached in any way.

Located on level 14, our sun drenched unit is the perfect place to enjoy Queensland's Gold Coast. Ideally nestled between Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach, this spacious 2 bedroom apartment ticks all the boxes for your perfect holiday escape. Close to public transport, local attractions and the corner shop is across the road. Only 300m to the beach.

LOUNGE ROOM - has views from every window of the beach & river. Smart TV so you get a whole lot more channels and access to Netflix, Stan, Disney & Prime. Also has an air conditioner for your comfort in the Queensland heat. Has a queen sofa bed
DESIGNER KITCHEN - this is the centre piece of the unit with all appliances and fully self-contained. Has an abundance of amazing views, natural light and great breezes.
MAIN BEDROOM - has a King bed with access to the balcony and ensuite.
BEDROOM 2 - has a King bed and large wardrobe
BATHROOM 1 - has a bath, shower and toilet
ENSUITE - has a shower and toilet
LAUNDRY - washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities are supplied.
BALCONY - has an outdoor lounge for those balmy nights you want to sit outside
NOTE: As much as we are in the Silverton building, this is not a serviced apartment. This is a privately owned BnB. We pride ourselves on being personable and accommodating as much as possible.
I have updated a number of items in the unit since the photos, therefore some furnishings have changed since the photos.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is a security camera over the entrance.
You will be requested to provide photo ID prior to check in.
A security bond is required prior to check in.

Located 5 minute walk to Cavill Avenue, the heart of Surfers for shopping and restaurants or Broadbeach is just a short stroll the other way. Just a couple of tram stops away to Jupiters Casino, Gold Coast Convention Centre and Pacific Fair.
