The sofas and beds are so comfy. The bay was beautiful and the house had direct access to the beach. There are huge TVs with Netflix.

Or could it be the gentle sway of the peppermint trees creating dancing shadows across the grass? It’s all the above, wrapped up into a bright modern package in old Dunsborough. With a soothing colour palette of oatmeal, crisp white, shades of seaside blues, and a pop of green, you’ll feel a certain sense of rejuvenation that lingers long after you’ve returned home. Fall asleep to the rhythmic sound of the water lapping at the shore and the whisper of the sea breeze from the upper level master bedroom. When you wake, take a wander onto the balcony and absorb the view over a leisurely brunch while you decide what to do for the day.
