This fantastic townhouse spans two levels, offering a well-designed layout and ample space. On the lower level, you will discover 3 bedrooms. Additionally, there is an equipped separate laundry room. A well-appointed bathroom with a shower, bath, and toilet also on this level. A second living room awaits you, complete with a TV and direct access to a courtyard area. Upstairs there is an open-plan living and dining area connected to a private balcony with BBQ. The kitchen, thoughtfully designed and equipped with all the necessary appliances. This tranquil open-plan space serves as the heart of the home. The master bedroom is situated on the upper level with an ensuite bathroom - shower and toilet. Located across the road from the beach and children's playground in Safety Beach. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited. The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions.
