The deck that overlooks the street scape looks up to the green hillside and the horses grazing on the ridge. The downstairs deck looks out to the lush garden and towards the outdoor entertaining area with large Pergola ,including hand made big table and BBQ. This property has 2 kitchens, one on each level, which makes it ideal for entertaining. The upstairs air conditioned living and dining have a smart tv and open up to the upper level decks. On the ground floor 1 King bed that can be split into King Singles at request. This bedroom is spacious and has an ensuite, smart tv, air conditioning, ceiling fan, block out blinds and fold out sofa. The bathroom has handrails which makes it suitable for elderly family members. Upstairs there are 3 Queen bedrooms all with their own full on ocean views. The bathroom and toilet are separate. Please note all bedrooms have ceiling fans, new beds and block out blinds.
