The modern, air conditioned, open plan living area has plenty of natural light and floating floorboards throughout, there is also a ceiling fan for extra comfort and balcony access.  The main bedroom has a ceiling fan and access to the balcony and the bonus of water views. There is a new fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and complete cooking facilities, fresh beautiful bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity and the benefit of an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.
