Belluca Villa is a cosy and stylish two-bedroom townhouse situated in a small complex in popular Middleton Beach, WA. Our villa is light, roomy and easily accommodates getaways for family and friends. Belluca is centrally located and a short walk from the iconic crystal blue waters and white sand of Middleton Beach. Its ideal location caters for those who like to go out and entertain, those who want to relax and is just a short drive into the Albany town centre.
Belluca Villa has small play ground adjacent to the complex and a short walk to Eyres Park. Across the road you will find a cafe, bar, fish and chip restaurant and a boutique shop. A small walk from the villa will lead you to Middleton Beach where you can choose to swim, take a walk around the Board walk whilst admiring the beautiful vista or enjoy a meal and beverage while the kids play by the beach.
There is free parking on site at the Villa. Its a short drive to the Town centre.
