The apartment is newly renovated in a quiet location but still only 200m to most of the town and beach. It has a sunny northerly aspect with views over the Bay and mountains. There is a garage and plenty of off-street parking .
The apartment is less than a 200 m walk to beaches, Woolies , pub and local boutiques and cafes. It’s in a sunny, quiet location.
