This spacious and serene environment comprises two bedrooms, a spacious living area, fully equiped kitchen, laundry with separate toilet and bathroom.
Centrally located offering a private courtyard and off street parking. Only meters from public parks and just a few blocks from the main shopping precinct, restaurants, the Maryborough Hospital and Havilah Nursing Home.
Quiet neighbourhood close to Princes Park and Lake Victoria.
