Black Cat Manor at B&W Estate will not disappoint. This is an Adult only retreat Access & Keys: This property offers self-check-in. Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site. Noise & No-Party Policy: All properties are in residential areas with strict noise rules. Noise outside between 10 PM and 8 AM, parties, or large gatherings are prohibited. Violations may lead to eviction, bond forfeiture, and extra charges. Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control. Linen, Towels & Amenities: Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Booking Verification

We operate similarly to hotels; however, since you will be utilising a self-check-in, we require these details digitally via a secure link. Please note that the property requires the following from the main booker ID verification documents within 48 hours after booking: a photo or scan of a valid photo ID that matches the credit card details used to book your reservation, along with a real-time selfie. Your information will be securely stored in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
