These stylish studio apartments are in a quiet location opposite the St Kilda Botanic Gardens. The 29 sqm space is put to full use, with large windows to keep the space bright, and block-out blinds to keep it dark while you sleep. The apartment is close to central facilities, with a supermarket and chemist less than a 5 minute walk, and multiple tram routes 5 - 10 minutes from your door. However it's easy to stay local, with the bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping of the Acland St Precinct only a short stroll away.
