Kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table/chairs, ceiling fan. Lounge with TV, DVD. Each bedroom has a split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, these cool down the whole unit. Bathroom with double shower, w/c, 2nd bathroom with shower and w/c. Private undercover courtyard with Webber Q BBQ, outdoor setting, ceiling fan, lounge, TV & Stereo. Bed configuration - bedroom 1 - queen, bedroom 2 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top). Plenty of parking for cars and boats. Shared laundry, fish cleaning and crab cooker facility, boat/motor wash area complete with hoses.
