3 Night Minimum. Downstairs - This villa has a modern kitchen with premium stainless steel appliances including a coffee pod machine with pods supplied and an air-fryer is included. The main bedroom with King bed, large bathroom with a large shower area & toilet. Both have hand rails for aid if required. A separate small laundry with washing machine and cordless vacuum cleaner. The open plan lounge and dining area has a? large screen Smart TV, Blue Ray DVD and Bluetooth stereo. Upstairs is the second bedroom with 2 single beds a second bathroom & toilet. There is also a lovely smaller open sitting room with an additional lounge, a second smaller smart TV along with a variety of games. Great for the kids. The villa offers you cool only air conditioning in both of the bedrooms and living area, a front patio with a comfy setting where you can see the river up the end of the street from the front of the villa, Small private back courtyard inc BBQ, a outdoor table & chairs with clothes line. You have your own front undercover parking bay. Kalbarri Blue Ocean Villas is ideally situated in a complex of 6 villas, with a beautiful shared pool, positioned just a stone's throw from IGA, the beach and only a short walk to town centre, cafes, shops and restaurants.
