This stunning new house was built with the beach and boating life as themes - Coastal Hamptons with an Australian influence is at the heart of the design and furnishings. Experience comfort and relaxation in all aspects of the property, inside and out. Whether enjoying a morning coffee and brunch on the east-facing deck, drinks on the same deck in the afternoon or a BBQ in the evening, you will be able to make the most of the view and the outdoor spaces. Relax and retire to the back west-facing garden around the firepit for the sunset glow and bushland aspect, enjoying the beautiful landscaping. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.
