Boronia 6 is a freestanding split level townhouse located in Nettin Circuit for ease of access to main roads in the Snowy Mountains. Four bedrooms offer three queen bedrooms (one queen can be split into two singles on request at time of booking), one with two bunks and all with electric heating. The open living is very spacious with room to cook, dine and lounge all while socialising as a group. Full kitchen facilities with dishwasher and microwave as well as a BBQ out on the balcony. Lounge has a flat screen TV, plus gas log fire, reverse cycle air conditioner and two bathrooms over two levels, one with spa bath. Downstairs there is a laundry has washing machine, dryer, separate dry room and double lock up garage with internal access. Other important facts: - This property is fully equipped with linen for your stay (towels, bed linen, tea towels etc.) - Your booking includes a starter pack of amenities and a Friendly Grocer Voucher - A 50% deposit will be processed at time of booking.
