Offering breath taking ocean views, directly across the road from the world-famous Gold Coast Broadbeach and a short bus ride to the well renowned theme parks. The location of Boulevard north Holiday Apartments is just the beginning. Surrounded with a multitude of opportunities for any sort of holiday or business trip fun. Whether you try out surfing, the Star Casino, attend an event at the convention centre or try the great selection of café and restaurants Broadbeach has to offer. After a long day exploring the beautiful Gold coast and what it has to offer, come back and laze around the heated swimming pool and have some down time in the spa or sauna. The more energetic can play a friendly game of tennis, then finally when the day is done join the family in the BBQ area where you can top off a day filled with plenty of laughs and leisure.

The fine print
All apartments have at least one air conditioning unit, generally this is positioned in the living room area. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.
Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period.
The photographs provide examples of some of the apartments. With over 30 self-owned, individually owned and decorated apartments in the letting pool, it is not possible to show every apartment, therefore apartments and decor vary considerably. Apartments cannot be guaranteed until check in and are randomly allocated by the computerised reservations system.
Cleaning, housekeeping or linen and towel change are available for an additional fee. Pool towel rental is also available for an additional fee.
Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
Please note that reception is closed Sundays and Public Holidays Closed (the property can be contacted by phone for any assistance you may require).
Please note a copy of a valid photo ID and credit card is required to be sent to the property prior to arrival for bookings made within 7 days of arrival.
This credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.
Please note Boulevard North is currently undergoing building repair works during, which is impacting specific areas on the outside of the building. Minimal noise may impact your stay for midweek periods only.

A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
