This stylish modern 1 bdrm. apartment is close to everything Broadbeach has to offer. Walk to the beach, Star Casino, Pacific Fair or the Gold Coast Convention Centre. Located in the Avani residences we are a short walk to the finest cafes, bars and restaurants the Gold Coast has to offer. Everything is on your door step for your perfect Gold Coast getaway.
We greet you in person to hand you the cards to the apartment. Should you require any assistance during your stay we are responsive to any message sent via the app
Our apartment is located in the heart of Broadbeach, we are a short walk to Pacific Fair Shopping centre, The Star Casino, Broadbeach Convention Centre, as well as some of the best restaurants and bars the Gold Coast has to offer. Only a block away from the world famous Gold Coast beach, whether it is business or leisure park the car and enjoy everything Broadbeach has to offer. If you have a car our apartment has 1 dedicated parking space located on level B3. The light rail is also at our doorstep, with the Broadbeach South stop 2 minutes walk away. If you are arriving on the cost by plane, we are less than 30 minutes drive away from the Gold Coast Airport.
