Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout. Large kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas oven/stove top, microwave, Delonghi coffee pod machine (BYO pods), kettle, toaster, sandwich press, toastie machine, electric frypan. Dining area with table/chairs, L shape lounge, Smart TV and DVD player, lounge area with L shaped lounge (double sofa bed), coffee table, Smart TV. 3 bedrooms, main with TV (not smart tv). Bathroom with vanity, full size bath and walk-in shower. Rear sunroom with front loading washing machine/condenser dryer, highchair, iron and ironing board, laundry trough, separate w/c, bait/drinks fridge. Front verandah with table, chairs and cane lounges. Rear yard with basketball hoop (BYO ball), clothesline, outdoor setting, fish cleaning facility. Plenty of room for cars/boat.
