The studio is designed to feel like a home away from home: * A queen bed with soft linens * Two fold-away mattresses—a king single and a single—perfect for friends or children. * A kitchenette for quick and easy meals, including a stove burner, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge. * Built in ducted air conditioning - cooling and heating. Yes! It’s attached to our family home, but it has its own entrance and a private garden area. What can I expect from the kitchenette? It's small but perfect for quick meals. It has a stove burner, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee plunger and kettle, though there’s no oven or kitchen sink. Is off-street parking available? There’s free street parking right in front. If you’d prefer more secure parking, we’re happy to offer access to the gated driveway at no extra charge. Can we bring our dog? Non-shedding dogs are welcome! Pre-approval is required.
