Camden Valley Terrace 4 has been beautifully furnished and stylishly decorated. It presents elegant and luxurious overnight accommodation, perfect for that special holiday weekend away. With direct access to the recently renovated historic Camden Valley Inn for dining, the nearby Tennis, Bowls and Golf Clubs are only minutes away. Guests are welcomed into a Persian-carpeted formal reception lounge, surrounded by beautiful artwork, antiques and collectables. With some of the latest smart technology at your command, just say: "Alexa, what is the latest weather forecast for Camden South?" Or play the music of your choice. Chesterfield lounges make watching the big wall-mounted TV most comfortable. The Western Red Cedar bookcase offers book-lovers a wide variety of interesting literary fiction, antique and automotive reference works and popular genre. Off to the left is double-bedroom three, with built-in wardrobe, personal TV and Alexa, Amazon's cloud based voice service. Adjacent is a beautifully tiled bathroom and shower. Further in, the open plan modern kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, alfresco and fully enclosed private faux-grass courtyard complete the bottom floor. Upstairs, towards the rear, the secluded private queen-bed fitted master-bedroom is a spacious delight with its own TV, Alexa, ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Camden, founded in 1840, is steeped in history. It's fertile valley attracted early settlers, notably John Macarthur after whom the Macarthur region is named. Onslow Park, the Town's finest and most historic reserve and Oval was donated by Elizabeth Macarthur-Onslow, the grand-daughter of John Macarthur. The area is noted for its beautiful gardens, sheltered picnic tables and amenities. The main thoroughfare, Argyle Street, is well-known for its Pubs, Cafes, Bars and Restaurants. Intersecting at a major roundabout, itself a work of art, is Johns Street renown for its historic Churches, Architecture and Art Galleries. Historic Studley Park, now the home of the Camden Golf Club, is well worth visiting. Other places of historic interest are the villages of Menangle and Cobbitty and the Camden Airport. Camden is the convenient epicentre for visits to Warragamba Dam and the Blue Mountains to the West, the magnificent beaches of Austinmer, Wollongong and the Illawarra South Coast, and to the South-East where towns like Picton, Bowral, Goulburn and Gundagai are indelibly tied to Australia's pioneer history.
