This spacious 3-level holiday home in Cape Woolamai, Phillip Island is perfect for families or groups, just a short walk to both surf and safety beaches. Backing onto the Cape Woolamai Nature Reserve, it offers privacy, modern comfort, and room to relax. The top floor features a master bedroom with ensuite, lounge area, 42" TV, and access to front and rear balconies. The middle level has an open-plan living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a queen bedroom, a bunk room, and a spa bathroom with powder room. The lower level includes a rumpus room, laundry, and additional patio. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, reverse cycle air conditioning, books, board games, DVDs, a gas BBQ, outdoor settings, and a hot/cold outdoor shower. Garage not available for parking, but there’s off-street parking on the driveway.
