Carpenter House is a spacious 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is generous in size with an open living room adjacent to it. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a modern en-suite.
The second bedroom offers a king size bed and desk and the third bedroom offers 2 single beds. The alfresco area is perfect to relax or enjoy a drink in the afternoons after a long day at the beach. It is suitable for couples as well as families or a group of people. There is plenty of room for parking including boats.
If you are looking for a getaway that offers a private, modern place in a quiet neighbourhood to call home during your stay, you will enjoy your time at this place.
The property is located conveniently close to the local shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. The house offers a perfect getaway with a fenced yard and alfresco area. Great place to stay and relax and base yourself for all your Exmouth adventures.
