Hi - we are Swell Stays, a holiday home company in the Margaret River Region. We all live with our families in Margaret River and manage houses in the Margaret River region including Prevelly, Gracetown and Hamelin Bay! We love living in Margaret River and wake up everyday feeling like we are 'Living the dream Down South'. We love our region and enjoy getting involved in all that our community has to offer - you will often find us visiting the local Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, drinking coffee at one of our favourite local Cafés (Egberts or White Elephant), joining a Walk Talk Taste Tour of our town's best restaurants & bars, visiting one of our many cellar doors to purchase some local wine or spending a whole day at the beach with the kids! We want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy all our great region has to offer and at Swell Stays we understand the importance of cleanliness and customer service, which in turn creates the perfect holiday experience for our guests. Casa Rua is a freshly renovated large 5 bedroom family holiday home with a unique Margaret River feel. The house is an original timber and stone two-storey 5 bed 2 bath home, set on 25 acres of native bushland, and surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens. With an expansive downstairs living area, brand new kitchen, 5 bedrooms and TV area upstairs, there is room for the whole family at Casa Rua. Please note, the single beds can be made into queen beds on request.
