We also offer Boho-styled picnic packages complete with games and a gourmet grazing board. For the more energetic guest, bike trails and walking trails will take you directly to the beach or into town. Sunny and Rebecca Hannan, live in the adjoining house on the property. Sunny and Bec lived and worked in Margaret River for many years before purchasing the property. Being involved in Real Estate themselves they narrowed down the area that they wanted to buy in based on its location and potential. After living at the property for several years they decided to share the property with guests from all over the world.
