Living in harmony with nature is a unique and intentional aspect of Chalet on Percheron. You can hear the symphony of nature at play, all day every day, the property is home to native kangaroos and an abundance of birdlife. Perfectly positioned just 2 kilometres from the Margaret township, its convenient location makes it easy for you to explore all the region has to offer. There is wellbeing studio on the property offering a range of services with your host, Rebecca Hannan. These include Yin Yoga and Sound Meditation Experiences, Mindfulness Classes, Sound Massage, Wellbeing Coaching, and Nature Walks. We also offer Boho-styled picnic packages complete with games and a gourmet grazing board. For the more energetic guest, bike trails and walking trails will take you directly to the beach or into town. Sunny and Rebecca Hannan, live in the adjoining house on the property. Your privacy is always respected to the utmost. While Sunny and Rebecca keep a very low profile, they are available should you need them
Sunny and Bec lived and worked in Margaret River for many years before purchasing the property. Being involved in Real Estate themselves they narrowed down the area that they wanted to buy in based on its location and potential. After living at the property for several years they decided to share the property with guests from all over the world. Sunny & Bec love to travel themselves and understand the importance of location, privacy, home comforts and cleanliness. What Sunny and Bec love most about the property is it proximity to town while providing a peaceful retreat from the hub of town centre.
