This lovely character home is a stones throw to beautiful Kings Park and also very close to the Perth city centre, Subiaco, local restaurants and dining, and art and culture. The home and location makes it suited for business travellers, couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).
This lovely character home offers a excellent position within the West Perth business district, with all your conveniences nearby. The house is a stones throw away from beautiful Kings Park for walking or cycling. Equally close is the Royal Kings Park Tennis Club and Next Generation Health Gym, and a number of great local cafes. West Perth is located between Perth CBD & Subiaco with access to the city and the Swan River close and easy. A FREE Cat bus service stops on the corner for easy commute, other amenities and facilities nearby are medical specialists, Princess Margaret Children's Hospital and business professionals. The house is well located for access to the whole of Perth. It's inside Perth's free transit zone which allows people to travel for free in and around the zone for free. The house is also very well located for getting easily by car and public transport to other areas all over Perth.
