Our prime property is located in Southbank, within walking distance to Crown Casino, CBD, restaurants&bars, sports arenas, and exhibition centers. With a supermarket on the ground floor, our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers a spacious living room, modern kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, and various entertainment amenities. **Note: We are a short-term rental apartment, not a hotel. If you have any booking inquiries, please contact us through the platform or by phone/SMS, and I will respond promptly. Thank you! **Due to safety reasons, the building amenities, including the swimming pool and gym facilities, are only available to residents and long-term tenants, therefore not available to short-term guests**
