A true entertainers’ delight, this coastal home is all about indoor-outdoor living. The property flows to an oversized undercover deck strung with festoon lights—an idyllic spot to be enjoyed from morning to night. Roast marshmallows on the fire pit or light up the BBQ and cook up a feast.
Entering from the front veranda, you’ll walk down the hallway into the dining room, with ample space to share a meal at home. There’s a fully equipped kitchen and family amenities including a highchair. In the evening, relax on the linen-clad sofa, or get competitive in the games room with a pool table, darts and a fantastic selection of board games.
Each of the four bedrooms encourages a good night’s sleep. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a private ensuite bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed along with a lounge, while the third bedroom offers a double bed. In the fourth bedroom, a bunk bed cater to those travelling with kids. A rain shower and double vanity make it easy to refresh in the main bathroom, while laundry facilities add to your everyday convenience.
Parking is provided on the driveway.

The seaside suburb of Christies Beach lies roughly 30 minutes drive south of Adelaide and is a popular spot for family getaways. Nestled on the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula, it offers year-round fishing, swimming and snorkelling off its pristine beach, as well as scenic coastal walks and a flourishing café and shopping scene. Scour for bric-a-brac and vintage gems at The Original Open Market, held on the first and third Sunday of every month. Discover the McLaren Vale wine region with notable wineries including d'Arenberg, Mitolo Wine and Primo Estate, just 20 minutes away. Dine at the picturesque Star of Greece restaurant overlooking Port Willunga and drive the car right onto the sand during summer at neighbouring Moana Beach.
