Clarkes Beach Villa is perfectly positioned directly opposite the beautiful Clarkes Beach and only a short 5 min walk into Byron Bay's shops and cafes. This is definitely the ultimate, hassle free holiday villa. Park your car and forget about it as all the important holiday items such as beach, shops, cafes and bars are all within a short leisurely stroll.....isn't that all you need for your holiday?? This 3 bedroom, double story villa is a perfect holiday choice. It offers a single lock up garage, private courtyard with an outdoor shower and a huge upstairs deck with BBQ and outdoor table setting, allowing you to capture the most of the beautiful sub tropical Byron climate. There are three bedrooms downstairs with the master Queen bedroom coming equipped with a large flatscreen TV, DVD and ensuite bathroom with a walk in robe. The other two bedroms have twin singles. A second bathroom with a bath and laundry is also located downstairs.
