We are happy to provide complimentary basic supplies of tea, coffee, sugar, washing powder, dishwasher pods & washing up liquid and toilet paper upon arrival to start your stay with us - please be aware as we are a self-catering rental you may need to purchase extra supplies dependent on your usage.
Fees apply for infants who require use of a bed. Fees may also apply for use of trundle beds for set up and laundry costs.
THERE IS STRICTLY NO PARKING OR DRIVING ON THE HOMESTEAD LAWNS - ample parking is provided in the garages and driveway space.
The wood heater in the main living room is available for your use - firelighters, kindling and wood is provided.
If you are unsure of operating the wood heater the heat pump provides excellent heating as an alternative.
**The wood heater is available for use during the months of April to early October.**
There are 2 heater pumps in the house - for your comfort please leave heat pumps left at 18 - on/off via remote.
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE LARGE FURNITURE ITEMS AROUND THE HOUSE
It is fine to move chairs etc around but please return to original position on departure - fees may apply if extra time is required by cleaners to return furniture item
